You may be responsible to import duties & taxes depending on where you reside.
Unfortunately we have no control over this and cannot be responsible for this. Please contact your customs office for further info.
If customs and duties are not paid and the item is shipped back to us;
- You have one month to contact us from date of your order to arrange re-delivery and you will be charged for redelivery.
-If item is not claimed and paid for re-delivery in one month from your order date, your order will be added back to our stock and your order will be closed and not refunded.
When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be packaged and shipped to the destination address you provided at checkout. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your parcel. If there are any problems or amendments, or if you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us. Once parcels have been shipped, we are unable to make any amendments to your order. If you have provided us with an incorrect address and the parcel has been shipped, we are not liable once the order has been shipped.
